    If you're coming from downtown Newport, head south on Thames Street towards Memorial Boulevard. Continue on Memorial Boulevard for about 1 mile until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit onto Ocean Drive (RI-138) and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Fort Adams Drive, and you’ll see the entrance to Fort Adams State Park on your right.
