Car
If you're already in Arcadia Management Area, head to the nearest main road. From the center of the area, drive towards Arcadia Road. Continue on Arcadia Road until you reach the intersection with Route 165. Turn left onto Route 165 and follow it for about 2 miles. You will see a sign for the DuVal Trail Head on your right. Turn right into the parking area. There are no parking fees at the trailhead.

Public Transportation
To reach DuVal Trail Head using public transportation, you will first need to get to the nearest bus station that services South Kingstown. Use the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus service. From the station, take Bus Route 66 towards South Kingstown. Ask the driver to let you off at the closest stop to Route 165. From there, it is approximately a 1.5-mile walk to the DuVal Trail Head. Walk down Route 165 until you see the trailhead sign on your left. Please check the RIPTA schedule for the latest times and potential fares.
