If you are driving, exit Beavertail State Park and head southwest on Beavertail Rd. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Turn right onto Route 138 and travel approximately 5 miles. Merge onto the Newport Bridge, and after crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach the first traffic light. Turn left onto Touro St. After about half a mile, you will find Eisenhower Park on your right at 32 Touro St #28, Newport, RI 02840.

To reach Eisenhower Park using public transportation, start by taking the RIPTA bus route 60 from Beavertail State Park. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and ride it to the transfer point at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, transfer to bus route 67 towards Newport.
