Car
From the entrance of Beavertail State Park, head northwest on Beavertail Road. Continue straight for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with East Shore Road. Turn left onto East Shore Road and follow it for approximately 1 mile. You will then take a right onto a small road leading to Windmill Hill Historic District, which is well-marked. There is no fee for parking in the vicinity of the historic district.
