Car

If you are driving, start from the Block Island Ferry terminal. Head southwest on Water Street toward Chapel Street. Continue straight onto Ocean Avenue. Follow Ocean Avenue for about 1.5 miles, then turn right onto West Side Road. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto High Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Old Town Road. Turn right onto Old Town Road, then take the second left onto Bellevue Avenue. Rough Point will be on your left at 680 Bellevue Ave.

If you are using public transportation, take the Block Island bus from the ferry terminal. Board the bus heading towards the Old Town area and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Bellevue Avenue. From there, walk northeast on Old Town Road until you reach Bellevue Avenue.
