If you are starting from the Block Island Ferry terminal, exit the terminal and turn left onto Water Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn right onto Chapel Street and walk until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Windrose House will be on your left at 356 High St, New Shoreham, RI 02807.

From the Block Island Ferry terminal, rent a bike from one of the nearby rental shops. Head left onto Water Street and bike straight until you come to the intersection with Chapel Street.
