Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the Block Island Ferry Terminal, which is located in the Old Harbor area. Exit the terminal and head south on Water Street. Continue along Water Street until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn right onto Chapel Street and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Spring Street. Turn left onto Spring Street. Follow Spring Street as it curves into the main road, which will be called Ocean Avenue. Keep walking straight on Ocean Avenue for about a mile. You will see a sign for Mohegan Bluffs on your right. Follow the trail leading down to the beach; the walk offers beautiful views of the cliffs and ocean.
