From any location within Burlingame State Park, head southeast toward the exit of the park on Burlingame State Park Road. Turn left onto Route 1 (Post Road) and continue for approximately 5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Route 1A, turn right onto Route 1A (East Beach Road). Follow East Beach Road for about 3 miles. Blue Shutters Beach will be on your left at 469 E Beach Rd, Charlestown, RI 02813.
