From any location in Burlingame State Park, exit the park and head north on Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1A. Take a right onto Route 1A (also known as Boston Neck Road). Follow Route 1A for about 3 miles, and then turn left onto Anne Hoxsie Ln. Continue on Anne Hoxsie Ln for about 0.5 miles, and you will find Canonchet Farm on your right.
