Car
If you're driving from anywhere within Burlingame State Park, start by heading north on Burlingame State Park Road. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 for approximately 12 miles, then take the exit for Route 138 East towards Newport. Stay on Route 138, which will lead you directly to Newport. Once in Newport, follow signs for America's Cup Avenue. Cardines Field will be located at 20 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840, on your right.
Public Transportation
To reach Cardines Field using public transportation, start from Burlingame State Park and head to the nearest bus stop on Route 1. You will need to take the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus number 60 which travels towards Newport. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes, and get off at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi. If walking, head east on America's Cup Avenue for about 0.5 miles. Cardines Field will be located at 20 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840, on your right.
