    From Burlingame State Park, head northwest on Burlingame State Park Rd. Turn left onto US-1 N (Post Rd) and continue for about 10 miles. Merge onto RI-138 E towards Jamestown/Newport. Continue on RI-138 E for approximately 7 miles until you reach the Newport area. Once in Newport, follow the signs for the historic district and waterfront. The Newport Harbor Lighthouse is located at the end of the Newport Harbor, enjoy the scenic views as you approach.
