Get off at the last stop in Newport, which is near the Newport Visitor Center. From there, walk north on America's Cup Avenue, then turn left onto Touro Street. Continue straight until you reach Touro Park. The Newport Windmill Tower will be on your left at 5 Touro Park St W.
