Car
From the center of Warwick, RI, take I-95 South toward New York. After about 10 miles, take exit 9 for RI-4 South toward North Kingstown. Continue on RI-4 South for about 10 miles until it merges into US-1 South. Stay on US-1 South for about 5 miles and then take a right onto Route 138 East. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach Jamestown. Follow signs for Windmill Hill Historic District, which will be on your left as you enter the town. Note that parking is available nearby, and the admission is free, although donations are appreciated.
Public Transportation
If you are starting from Providence, take the RIPTA bus #14 or #66 to the Wickford Junction train station. From Wickford Junction, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Jamestown, as public transportation options are limited in the area. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes and may cost around $20-30. Once in Jamestown, follow signs to Windmill Hill Historic District, which is located near the center of town.
