Follow Route 1 to Newport and take the exit for Route 138 East towards Newport. Once you enter Newport, follow the signs for Bellevue Avenue. Rough Point is located at 680 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI 02840. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.
