    If you are starting from Narragansett Beach, head north on Ocean Road (Route 1A) towards Narragansett. Continue on Ocean Road until you reach the junction with Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the exit for Route 138 East toward Newport. Take the exit and merge onto Route 138. Continue on Route 138, following the signs for Newport. As you enter Newport, stay on America’s Cup Avenue, which will lead you towards the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront area, look for the signs directing you to the Newport Harbor Lighthouse, located on Goat Island.

    From Narragansett Beach, you can take the RIPTA bus service. Catch the Route 14 bus at a nearby bus stop heading towards Wickford Junction. From there, you can walk to the waterfront area. Follow America’s Cup Avenue toward the waterfront, and look for signs leading you to the Newport Harbor Lighthouse located on Goat Island.
