Bus
From Narragansett, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the R.I. Public Transit (RIPTA) Route 14 bus towards Newport. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Broadway & Farewell St' stop in Newport. From there, transfer to the Route 67 bus going towards 'Ocean Drive'. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Brenton Point State Park' stop. The park entrance will be directly accessible from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you're up for a bike ride, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Narragansett. Start your journey on South Pier Road heading to the Narragansett Sea Wall. Continue along the scenic coast until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Follow Route 138 north until you reach Newport. Once in Newport, follow Ocean Drive to Brenton Point State Park. This route is approximately 8 miles and offers beautiful ocean views.

For those who enjoy a long walk, start at Narragansett Town Beach. Head north along the coast on the beach path until you reach the end of the beach. From there, take a left on Ocean Road and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Cross over to the Newport area and continue walking on Ocean Drive directly to Brenton Point State Park. This walk will take you approximately 2.5 hours, so be prepared with water and sunscreen.
