From Narragansett, head to the nearest bus stop on Boston Neck Road. Take the RIPTA Route 14 bus towards Newport. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Newport Gateway Center. From there, transfer to the Route 67 bus, which will take you directly to Bellevue Avenue. Get off at the stop closest to 680 Bellevue Ave. Walk about 5 minutes north on Bellevue Avenue to reach Rough Point.
