If you are driving, head towards Portsmouth, RI. From Newport, take RI-138 W for about 5 miles. Merge onto RI-24 N and continue for approximately 3 miles. Take exit 1 for RI-114 N towards Portsmouth. Continue on RI-114 N for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with RI-138. Turn left onto RI-138 W and after about 1 mile, you will see signage for Battle of Rhode Island Site on your right. Look for a small parking area where you can safely park your car.
