To reach Beacon Rock via public transportation, take the RIPTA bus #60 from South County. Board the bus at your nearest stop and ride towards Newport. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at the Newport Gateway Center, transfer to bus #67 towards Newport City Hall. Alight at Harrison Ave and walk about 5 minutes to reach Beacon Rock at 147 Harrison Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Please check the RIPTA website for current schedules and any applicable fares.
