Car
From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, head north on Trustom Pond Road towards U.S. Route 1 (approximately 1 mile). Turn left onto U.S. Route 1 and continue for about 3 miles. Take the exit toward RI-1A South/Charlestown, and merge onto RI-1A South. After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Ninigret Park Road. Follow this road until you reach the entrance of Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge. Parking is available on-site.

From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus stop. The closest public transportation option is the RIPTA bus service. (Check the RIPTA website for the latest bus schedules and routes.) Once on the bus, ride towards Charlestown and get off at the nearest stop to Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge, which is located along RI-1A South. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of the refuge. Note that public transport may have limited service, so plan your trip accordingly.
