Car
To reach Tefft Historical Park from within Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, start by exiting the refuge onto South Shore Road (RI-78). Head northwest on South Shore Road until you reach the intersection with Kingston Road. Turn left onto Kingston Road and continue until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the second exit to stay on Kingston Road. Continue straight for about 2.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Route 138, take a left onto Route 138. After approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Berry Hill Lane. The park will be on your left. There is no entry fee to access the park.

Public Transportation
If you are traveling by public transportation, you can take the RIPTA bus number 66 towards Wickford Junction. Get off at the stop near the Roundabout at Route 138 and Kingston Road. From there, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 miles) or use a rideshare service to reach Tefft Historical Park. If walking, head north on Kingston Road, turn left onto Route 138, and then right onto Berry Hill Lane. The park will be on your left. Note that bus fares are typically $2.00 for a one-way trip.
