    From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, head northwest on Succotash Rd towards Matunuck Beach Rd. Continue on Succotash Rd until you reach the intersection with Rt 1 (Post Rd). Turn left onto Rt 1 and follow it for approximately 8 miles. Take the exit for Rt 138 W towards Newport. Merge onto Rt 138 W and continue for about 5 miles. Take the exit for I-95 N towards Providence. Continue on I-95 N for about 15 miles. Take exit 30 for I-195 E towards Cape Cod. Merge onto I-195 E and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 1 for US-6 W toward Seekonk. Merge onto US-6 W and follow the signs for Seekonk. Turn left onto Brown Ave, and you will find Audubon Caratunk Wildlife Refuge at 301 Brown Ave, Seekonk, MA 02771.

The closest bus station is in Wakefield, RI. From there, take the RIPTA bus #66 towards Providence. Get off at the Kennedy Plaza transit center in Providence. At Kennedy Plaza, transfer to the Peter Pan Bus Lines heading towards Boston and get off at the Seekonk stop. From the bus stop in Seekonk, you can either walk about 1.5 miles to Audubon Caratunk Wildlife Refuge or call a local taxi service to take you the remaining distance to 301 Brown Ave.
