From Alba Iulia, head northwest on E81 towards Sebeş. After approximately 70 kilometers (around 1 hour 15 minutes), merge onto the A1 motorway towards Bucharest/Brașov. Continue on A1 for about 40 kilometers, then take the exit towards DN1/E60. Follow DN1 towards Brașov for approximately 10 kilometers. Once in Brașov, follow signs for the city center. As you approach the center, look for Strada Cetățuia. The Fortress-on-Straja will be located at Strada Cetățuia 7. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that there may be a fee.

From Alba Iulia, take a regional train to Brașov. The journey takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
