Hike to Poenari Fortress, Târgoviște Court & Snagov Monastery
Unforgettable day with a wonderful guide
Our tour to Poenari Fortress, Târgoviște and Snagov Monastery was the highlight of our trip to Bucharest, and that is largely thanks to our guide, Claudiu. We were picked up right at our hotel, and Claudiu was a safe, relaxed driver throughout. He is also incredibly knowledgeable. He had facts and tips ready beyond the tour topics, and whatever we asked about Romania, its languages or its history, he had an answer. Add his great sense of humor, and the long drive flew by. What touched me most was his kindness and patience. I am still recovering from a serious lung infection and wasn't sure I could make the climb up to Poenari Fortress. Claudiu adjusted the schedule flexibly and let me go at my own slow pace with plenty of breaks. Thanks to him, I was able to fulfill a long-held dream. Highly recommended! Ask for Claudiu if you can.

We just completed an unforgettable 7 day motorcycle tour through Transylvania, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. Everything was absolutely top notch we couldn't have asked for a better tour or a better tour leader. Alex was kind, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience exploring the beauty of Transylvania on two wheels. We're incredibly grateful for the memories, the breathtaking roads, and one of the best summer adventures we've ever had. As we head back to Singapore in a few hours, our hearts are full.
