Day Tour to Transfăgărășan and Vidraru Dam

The mountain views are stunning. We opted to skip the dam, so Radu, our fabulous guide took us to the Astra outdoor museum of historic houses. That was great. Radu is the best! Perfect English—he lived in the U.S.—very knowledgeable, terrific fun and totally accommodating. A glorious day.
