If you are driving from Timișoara, head southwest on the A1 highway. After approximately 70 km, take the exit toward DN58A in the direction of Anina. Continue on DN58A for about 30 km until you reach Anina. Once in Anina, follow the signs for 'Peștera cu Oase' which will lead you to the parking area near the cave entrance. Be aware that there may be a small parking fee, so have some cash ready.
