Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are near the Black Church (Biserica Neagră), start by heading west on Strada Mureșenilor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Eroilor. Turn left onto Bulevardul Eroilor and walk straight until you see the large square ahead, which is The Council Square (Piața Sfatului). You will recognize it by the colorful buildings and the large statue in the center.

    From the Tampa Mountain cable car station, descend from the mountain and head towards Strada Poarta Schei. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Mureșenilor. Turn left and walk along Strada Mureșenilor until you reach Bulevardul Eroilor. Turn right and proceed to The Council Square (Piața Sfatului), which will be on your left.

    If you are at the Brașov Train Station (Gara Brașov), exit the station and follow the signs towards the bus station. Take bus number 4 or 11 to the stop 'Bulevardul Eroilor'. From there, walk straight ahead on Bulevardul Eroilor until you arrive at The Council Square (Piața Sfatului) located in front of you.

    If you are at the Poiana Brașov resort, take the bus to the city center. Get off at the stop 'Bulevardul Eroilor'. Walk straight along the boulevard, and you will see The Council Square (Piața Sfatului) ahead, surrounded by beautiful historical buildings.
