Bus
From the city center of Brașov, head to the main bus station, Autogara 2, located on the corner of Strada Horia and Strada Mihai Viteazul. You can take bus number 20 or 50 heading towards Zărnești. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Zărnești bus station, exit the bus and proceed on foot towards the main road, DJ112G. Follow the road signs towards Zărnești Cliffs, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from the city center of Brașov. You can easily find taxis on the streets or use a ride-hailing app. Request to go to Zărnești Cliffs, located on DJ112G. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
Walking
For those who enjoy hiking, you can walk from Brașov to Zărnești Cliffs. Start at the main square, Piața Sfatului, and head towards Strada Poarta Schei, which leads out of the city. You will follow the signs towards the Zărnești trail. The hike is approximately 14 kilometers and will take about 3-4 hours, so ensure you have adequate water and snacks for the journey. The route offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
