From the heart of Centrul Vechi, head towards the iconic Black Church (Biserica Neagră), located at Strada George Barițiu. Once you reach the church, take the street to the left, which is Strada Mureșenilor. Continue straight on this road until you reach the intersection with Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn right onto Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 and follow this road until you see a sign pointing towards the Brassovia Fortress. The fortress ruins are located on a hill, so be prepared for a steep walk. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 km and should take around 20-30 minutes depending on your pace.

For those who prefer a quicker option, you can take a public bus from Centrul Vechi. Walk to the nearest bus stop at Strada Hirscher, located near the Black Church. Take bus number 20, which will take you closer to the base of the hill where the Brassovia Fortress is located. Make sure to check the bus schedule as services may vary. The bus fare is approximately 2 RON (Romanian Lei) and can be purchased at kiosks or directly from the driver. After getting off at the nearest stop, you'll still need to walk up the hill to the fortress, which is about a 10-minute hike.
