AMAZING and adventurous Autumn Transylvania experience

AMAZING experience, perfect time to go in the fall with the incredible changing leaf colours. Did not feel rushed or pressured in any way, so if it your first time do not feel worried. Given the time of year we hiked up to the take off point which made it that much more rewarding, also allowed for some time to chat more about the local Romanian landscapes/context and paragliding. Communication re: changing time for weather was prompt and thorough. Felt extremely well prepared and safe during takeoff/flight/landing. I genuinely smiled/laughed the entire time. Could not recommend this company/experience enough to add to your Transylvania trip. PS photos and videos included which is an extremely nice touch.

Excellent tour - fantastic guide

I am a travel agent from Canada and was referred to Romania on the Map for my first visit to Romania. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience in Romania with Daniel as our guide. We booked a two day private tour as a couple, starting on our first day with the main sights in Bucharest before heading to Transylvania for a visit to Peles Castle and the charming city of Braşov. On our second day, we visited the medieval town of Sighisoara, Bran Castle and Viscri. Daniel was so knowledgeable about everything Romanian, not only about its history, but also about its culture, food, nature and other little known facts. He was helpful in recommending restaurants and hotels, and made sure we tasted the unique foods of Romania. He planned our days efficiently, so that we had Peles Castle almost to ourselves with no wait, and only a 20 min line up to get into Bran Castle.
