Car
If you are driving, make your way to the DJ714 road in the Bucegi Mountains. From the town of Sinaia, take the DN1 road towards Târgoviște, and then merge onto DJ713 toward the Bucegi Mountains. Follow DJ713 until it intersects with DJ714. Turn onto DJ714, and continue for about 5 km. You will see signs for Grota Ursului. There is a small parking area near the entrance to the cave.

Public Transportation and Walking
Take a train or bus to the town of Sinaia. From Sinaia, you can catch a local bus heading toward Bucegi Mountains. Look for buses that go to the cable car station at Bucegi. Once you arrive at the cable car station, you can take the cable car up to the upper station. After disembarking, follow the marked hiking trails that lead downhill toward Grota Ursului. The hike will take approximately 30 minutes, and there are clear signs along the way.
