If you are near the Piata Universitatii station, take the Metro Line M2 (the blue line) towards Pipera. Get off at the next station, which is the Piata Unirii station. From Piata Unirii, transfer to Metro Line M1 (the yellow line) towards Dristor. Get off at the Dristor station. Exit the station and head to the bus stop for bus number 104. Take the bus towards Cora Lujerului and get off at the stop called 'Bdul. Carol I'. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes to Strada Mămulari 3, where the Jewish Museum is located.

If you are already in the area of the Jewish Museum, you can simply walk there. From the nearby Piata Unirii, head east on Bulevardul Unirii. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Mămulari. Turn left onto Strada Mămulari, and the museum will be located at number 3 on your right side.
