From the center of Cismigiu Park, head east towards the exit at Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta. Once you reach the street, turn left and continue walking along the boulevard. After approximately 500 meters, you will reach the intersection with Strada Ion Brezoianu. Here, turn right onto Strada Ion Brezoianu and continue straight for about 200 meters. If you're near the Cismigiu Park entrance, head to the tram stop called 'Cismigiu'. Catch Tram 41 towards 'Gara de Nord'. After 3 stops, get off at 'Pta Muncii' tram stop.
