If you are in Cismigiu Park, head towards the main entrance located at the intersection of Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta and Strada Cismigiu. From there, walk straight along the pathway leading into the park. Keep walking until you reach the central area of the park, where you will see a large green mound with trees surrounding it.
