From the center of Cismigiu Park, head east towards the entrance of the park on Splaiul Independentei. Once you exit the park, turn left onto Splaiul Independentei. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Carol I. At the intersection, you will see a large green area ahead. The Mound is located within this area, approximately 200 meters further down on the right side.

From the nearest tram stop at Cismigiu Park (on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta), you can take Tram 1 or Tram 10. Board the tram heading towards the 'Calea Victoriei' direction. Get off at the next stop, 'Calea Victoriei'. From there, walk east along Calea Victoriei until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Carol I. The Mound will be located within the green space on your left after about 5 minutes of walking.
