Walk along the promenade until you reach Aleea Pescăruș, which is the street leading to Vaporașul Cernica. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.

From Herastrau Park, walk to the nearest tram station, which is located on Kiseleff Boulevard. Take tram line 41 in the direction of 'Pajiste'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Pescăruș' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Vaporașul Cernica, which is located on Aleea Pescăruș. The tram ticket costs around 3 RON.

Alternatively, you can take bus line 131 from the nearest bus stop at Herastrau Park. Board the bus heading to 'Bucureștii Noi'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Aleea Pescăruș'. Vaporașul Cernica will be a short walk away from the bus stop. The bus ticket costs approximately 3 RON.
