If you are in the Herăstrău area, start by heading towards the main entrance of Parcul Regele Mihai I (Heraștrău Park). Once you enter the park, follow the paths that lead towards the lake. Keep the lake on your left as you walk. Look for signs pointing towards 'Panorama Herăstrău' which is located on the northern side of the park. The walk from the main entrance to Panorama Herăstrău should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.

If you are further away within the Herăstrău neighborhood, you can take the Bus Line 205 towards 'Piața Presei Libere'. Get off at the stop 'Piața Presei Libere' and transfer to Bus Line 131, heading towards 'Pădurea Băneasa'. Get off at 'Parcul Regele Mihai I' stop. From there, walk towards the entrance of the park and follow the previously mentioned walking directions to reach Panorama Herăstrău. The total cost for the bus ride is approximately 2.5 RON (Romanian Lei).
