Walking
If you are in Old Town, start at the intersection of Strada Lipscani and Strada Franceză. Head south on Strada Lipscani until you reach the intersection with Calea Victoriei. Turn right onto Calea Victoriei and continue walking for approximately 15 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the large, impressive building of the Palace of the Parliament on your left. As you approach the end of Calea Victoriei, you will see Constitution Square (Piața Constituției) ahead. Cross the street to enter the square.
Public Transport - Bus
From Old Town, walk to the nearest bus stop at Bdul I.C. Brătianu. Look for the bus lines 104 or 123. Purchase a ticket from a nearby kiosk (costing around 2.5 RON) or use a contactless payment method. Board the bus heading towards Piata Unirii. Get off at the Piata Unirii stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. From there, walk towards Constitution Square, which is a short 5-minute walk. Follow the signs directing you to the Palace of the Parliament, and you will find the square nearby.
