If you are in the heart of Old Town, head south towards the Unirii Square. Look for the street called Strada Lipscani, which is a popular pedestrian avenue lined with shops and cafes. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calea Victoriei. Turn left onto Calea Victoriei and continue until you reach the large roundabout at Piața Unirii. The Bucharest Fountains are located directly in the square, identifiable by their impressive water features.

Public Transport (Metro)

From Old Town, make your way to the nearest metro station, which is either Universitate or Piata Unirii, depending on your exact location. If you're at Universitate, take Metro Line M2 (the red line) towards Pipera and get off at the Piata Unirii station. Exit the station and you will find yourself in Piața Unirii, where the Bucharest Fountains are located. Note: A single metro ticket costs around 3 lei (about $0.70).

Public Transport (Bus)

Locate the nearest bus stop in Old Town. You can catch bus number 104 or 123, both of which service routes that include Piața Unirii as a stop.
