After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach the town of Horezu. Once in Horezu, follow the signs to Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. The Monumentul Independentei is located at Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 2, just off the main road. There is no parking fee, but parking may be limited near the monument.
