Car
Begin your journey in the city center of Caransebeș, Caraș-Severin. Head southeast on Strada Avram Iancu towards DN6/E70. Merge onto DN6/E70 and continue for approximately 9 kilometers. Take the exit toward Zăvoi. Once in Zăvoi, navigate through the village towards the location of Scorilo's stones, which is situated at latitude 45.3789445 and longitude 22.4892253. Please note that the final stretch may not be well marked, so using a GPS or map app is highly recommended.
Public Transportation
From the Caransebeș train station, take a train to Zăvoi. After arriving at Zăvoi station, you will need to take a taxi or arrange for a local ride since public transport might not directly reach Scorilo's stones. Taxis are usually available at the station. Communicate the coordinates (45.3789445, 22.4892253) to the driver for accurate navigation. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes and will likely cost around 20-30 RON.
Walking
If you're already in the vicinity of Zăvoi and prefer to walk, head towards the outskirts of the village where the stones are located. The area may not have clear signposting, so it's advisable to use a navigation app to guide you. The path through the vegetation can be somewhat challenging, so wear appropriate footwear.
