To reach The Table of Silence using public transportation, take bus line 1 or 2 from Târgu Jiu's central bus station. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Calea Eroilor' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to The Table of Silence. Head southeast on Calea Eroilor, and you will see the sculpture in the park.
