Car
If you are driving from the center of Harghita, head southeast on DN12 towards Miercurea Ciuc. Continue on DN12 for about 20 km until you reach Ocna de Sus. Upon entering Ocna de Sus, follow the signs for Unnamed Road. You will need to take a right turn onto Unnamed Road, where you will find Kodáros Barlangja located approximately 2 km down this road. There is no entrance fee for the cave, but be prepared for possible parking fees in nearby areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Kodáros Barlangja using public transport, take a bus from Miercurea Ciuc to Ocna de Sus. The bus departs regularly from the Miercurea Ciuc Bus Station. Once you arrive at the Ocna de Sus bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi. Walking to Kodáros Barlangja will take about 30 minutes, and the cave is located approximately 2 km from the bus station along Unnamed Road. If you prefer a taxi, it should cost around 10-15 RON (about 2-3 EUR).
