If you are driving from the center of Harghita, head south on DN13A towards Miercurea Ciuc. Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Praid. As you enter Praid, look for the signs directing you to the Saltmine. Turn onto Strada Minei, and the Saltmine will be located on your left at Strada Minei 44.

To reach the Saltmine of Praid by public transport, first take a local bus from Harghita to Miercurea Ciuc. Check the local bus schedule for the latest departure times. Once in Miercurea Ciuc, transfer to a bus that goes to Praid. The journey takes about 1 hour. After arriving in Praid, walk towards Strada Minei, and you will find the Saltmine at Strada Minei 44, just a short walk from the bus stop.
