From any location in Muntenia, you will likely access the A1 motorway. Once you reach Bucharest, follow the signs to the city center. As you approach, look for the exit towards Sector 1. After exiting, continue straight until you reach Strada Mircea Vulcănescu. There is limited street parking available nearby, and be sure to check for parking fees.

To reach The National Military Museum via public transport, take the metro to the 'Piața Victoriei' station on Line 1 (the yellow line).
