Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from Mureș, start by heading north on DN15 towards Târgu Mureș. Continue on DN15 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Bistra Mureșului. Once you arrive in Bistra Mureșului, look for local signage directing you to Cascada Cofu. The waterfall is located approximately 5 kilometers from the center of Bistra Mureșului. You may need to park your car at a designated area and walk a short distance to reach the waterfall.

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Mureș to Bistra Mureșului. Buses typically depart from the Mureș bus station. The journey takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Bistra Mureșului, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Cascada Cofu, which is about 5 kilometers away from the bus stop.
