If you're driving, start from the center of Neamț and head towards Bicaz-Chei. Take DN15 towards Târgu Neamț, and continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach Bicaz, follow the signs towards Bicaz-Chei. As you enter the village, look for signs to Cheile Șugăului. There is a parking area available near the entrance, and parking may be free.

To reach Cheile Șugăului via public transportation, take a bus from the main bus station in Neamț to Bicaz. Buses usually run every hour, and the fare is around 10-15 RON. Once you arrive at the Bicaz bus station, you can either walk to Cheile Șugăului, which is about 3 kilometers away, or take a local taxi for a short ride (approximately 15-20 RON).
