From Poiana Brasov, head south on DN1E towards the town of Cheia. The drive is approximately 30 km and will take around 40 minutes. Once you reach Cheia, look for signs directing you towards Cabana Ciucas Peak. There is a parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your car.

Take a bus from Poiana Brasov to Brasov. From Brasov, you can catch another bus to Cheia. Buses from Brasov to Cheia run several times a day, and the journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Cheia, follow the signs to Cabana Ciucas Peak. The trailhead is a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedules for the return trip.
