Car

Start your journey from the center of Brașov. Head north on Bulevardul Eroilor towards Strada 15 Noiembrie. Continue straight onto Strada Horia, passing the Black Church on your right. Follow the road as it turns left to become Strada Poiana Soarelui. Continue on this road for about 12 km until you reach the Poiana Brașov resort area. Look for signs to the Ice Cave, which will guide you to the parking area near the cave entrance. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 5-10 RON for a few hours.

Public Transportation

From the central bus station in Brașov (Autogara 2), take a bus headed to Poiana Brașov. Buses run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Poiana Brașov, look for signs directing you to the Ice Cave. It is about a 20-30 minute walk from the bus stop to the cave entrance. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the trail can be uneven. The round-trip bus fare is typically around 10 RON.

Taxi
