If you are starting from the Râmnicu Vâlcea Train Station, exit the station and head south on Strada Toma Caragiu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Nicolae Bălcescu. Turn right onto Strada Nicolae Bălcescu and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the central park area. From there, continue straight until you see the Drapelul monument located in the Centru area.
Public Transport
From the Râmnicu Vâlcea Train Station, you can take bus number 1 towards 'Centru'. Board the bus and ride for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu'. From there, walk towards the central park and continue straight until you reach the Drapelul monument in the Centru area.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bicycle, start from the Râmnicu Vâlcea Train Station and head south on Strada Toma Caragiu. After about 200 meters, turn right onto Strada Nicolae Bălcescu. Continue cycling for about 1 kilometer, passing by the central park, and follow the signs to Centru. The Drapelul monument will be on your left as you approach the main square.
